Academic Partnerships and Research Projects
From Scotland to the Netherlands, our academic collaborations help drive innovation in fish nutrition expertise for future generations.
Our partnership with Wageningen University & Research facilitates the exchange of knowledge within the aquaculture sector. Many Alltech Coppens team members are alumni of WUR, and we both benefit from these strong connections and shared expertise. Through our collaborations on various academic initiatives, including our two ongoing Ph.D. projects, Alltech Coppens and WUR work together to advance sustainable aquaculture practices. By leveraging WUR's networks and expertise, we strive to drive innovation and address the industry’s greatest challenges.
Our partnership with the University of Stirling in Scotland allows us to collaborate to bridge theoretical insights with practical skills. Alltech Coppens provides support for specialized master's degree programs at the University of Stirling, and we also back a Ph.D. project there that focuses on sustainability in aquaculture.
